A.L.T. also known as an Avocado, Lettuce, and Tomato Sandwich and the epitome of totally delish summertime snacks. This recipe was suggested to us by Chadwick Johnson and was so good we had to share! (The recipe not the sandwich, get your own!)


Bread of choice (we used pitas)
Vegan butter of choice

1. Toast the bread with the vegan butter
2. Spread some veganaise on the bread
3. Pile high with avocado, lettuce, and tomato
4. Salt & pepper
5. EAT!

NOTE: Feeling wild?? Chadwick suggests throwing on a piece of vegan cheese, Frank’s Red Hot, or Annie’s Goddess Dressing.
